I am a PhD candidate in Operations & Technology at the School of Management, University College London. My research interests span game theory, empirical and experimental methods. My research agenda is centered on the intersection of digital platforms and behavioral operations management, focusing broadly on the dynamics of innovation contests. This area of study encompasses a comprehensive examination of how individual behaviors within these contests influence overall outcomes. The goal is to systematically uncover and understand the key mechanisms that drive successful innovation across various contexts.
